Job Overview:

Our client, a well-established organization in the financial services sector, is seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals for the role of Executive / Senior Executive – Deposits Mobilization. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving deposit growth, managing client relationships, and supporting the organizations funding objectives while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong fixed deposit portfolio in line with assigned targets.
• Drive deposit mobilization initiatives and promotional activities to achieve growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Ensure high service quality in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support funding strategies and business goals.
• Monitor market trends and support the development of new deposit products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in deposit mobilization within the banking or financial services sector.
• Professional qualification or part qualification in Marketing, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage client portfolios effectively.
• Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
