- Maintain accurate documentation of customer requests, issues, and solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist in general front desk operations, welcoming visitors and coordinating appointments.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, supporting the team in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or relevant work experience in IT, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work with new technologies.
