  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist in general front desk operations, welcoming visitors and coordinating appointments.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, supporting the team in daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma or relevant work experience in IT, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work with new technologies.
