About the Client:

With a proven record of trust and customer satisfaction, the organization continues to be a leader in providing multi-solution IT services across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming corporate sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including handling phone calls and emails.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Manage ERP-based order entries, ensuring all orders are accurately recorded and invoices are issued promptly.
- Resolve customer inquiries, follow up on requests, and maintain high standards of service.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention by providing efficient support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar capacity.
- Prior experience in tender quoting or the IT industry will be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and order management processes.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in three languages.
- Age below 30 years and must be based around Colombo.
