Business Development Executive - Colombo & Gampaha Districts

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by visiting retail partners, dealers, and resellers to promote and sell ICT products.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence in the market.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, including payment collection and account follow-ups.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends to expand the company's customer base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback to support data-driven business decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in ICT or FMCG industries).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and resilience to meet sales targets.
• Excellent presentation skills and a keen interest in technology products.
• Proficiency in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an added advantage).
• A valid motorbike riding license is mandatory.
