Strategic Growth Executive

Our client, one of Sri Lankas prominent healthcare service providers (operating a large network of hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency medical services, and corporate health solutions)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative and strategic support.
• Prepare professional proposals, reports, and MOUS.
• Conduct business analysis and assist in project evaluations.
• Coordinate meetings, business visits, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
• Draft and manage high-quality written communication (emails, reports, presentations)
• Efficiently manage Google Workspace tools, Google Maps, and ChatGPT for documentation and research
• Maintain excellent communication etiquette and represent the organization professionally

• CIMA part-qualified / Finance or Business background preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Age between 25-35 years preferred
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
