Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong WSO2 Integration Lead to join our client's integration engineering team. This role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade integration solutions using WSO2 technologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in solution architecture, system integration, and team leadership, ensuring scalable and efficient integration across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using WSO2 Micro Integrator
• Develop and manage mediation flows, service orchestration, intelligent routing, transformation, and enrichment logic
• Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration architectures aligned with business needs
• Oversee integration across databases, external APIs, ERP systems, and legacy platforms
• Build and manage REST/SOAP services, data services, message flows, and reusable connectors
• Review technical designs, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality across the team
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, DevOps, and QA
• Manage deployments, configurations, and release cycles across all environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production)
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system reliability
• Optimize performance, throughput, and resource utilization of integration solutions
• Establish governance standards, documentation practices, and reusable frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the integration function

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration or middleware development
• Strong hands-on experience with WSO2 Micro Integrator
• Proven experience in designing enterprise integration and middleware architectures
• Expertise in mediation flows, orchestration, routing, transformation, and enrichment logic
• Solid understanding of ESB concepts, messaging patterns, and integration principles
• Experience working with databases, APIs, ERP systems, and legacy platforms
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and web service standards
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment management
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
