Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Job:

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and janitorial operations in large-scale facilities such as hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, or apartment complexes. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage a team of janitors and housekeeping staff  
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to required hygiene and quality standards 
• Monitor daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time 
• Handle work schedules, shift planning, and on-the-job supervision 
• Manage operations effectively under pressure and during long working hours

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in housekeeping, ancillary services, or janitorial services in hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, apartments, or other large-scale facilities
• Proven ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively
• Willingness and ability to work 12-hour shifts per day
