Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that drive awareness, market share, and business growth.
  • Conduct market research to uncover consumer insights, identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and spot opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Define, maintain, and strengthen brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Oversee brand identity management and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Enhance brand visibility through strategic campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead the development and launch of new products, ensuring successful market introduction.
  • Plan and evaluate consumer promotions to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales and trade plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and proactively respond to market changes.
  • Manage brand budgets, optimizing resources across marketing programs and channel development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and data-driven strategy development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong passion for branding, consumer behavior, and innovation.
