Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that drive awareness, market share, and business growth.
- Conduct market research to uncover consumer insights, identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and spot opportunities for brand expansion.
- Define, maintain, and strengthen brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee brand identity management and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Plan, execute, and monitor ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Enhance brand visibility through strategic campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead the development and launch of new products, ensuring successful market introduction.
- Plan and evaluate consumer promotions to increase engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales and trade plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and proactively respond to market changes.
- Manage brand budgets, optimizing resources across marketing programs and channel development initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay informed on industry developments and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
- Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and data-driven strategy development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong passion for branding, consumer behavior, and innovation.
