Our client, one of Sri Lankas prominent healthcare service providers (operating a large network of hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency medical services, and corporate health solutions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of Medihelp's strategic expansion and infrastructure development projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, and administrative processes to ensure smooth execution.
  • Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders to align deliverables with organizational goals.
  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress trackers for management review.
  • Assist in administrative support functions for the New Business & Strategy Division.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles (experience in healthcare, construction, or corporate projects will be an advantage).
  • Expertise in using ChatGPT and other Al tools for day-to-day work.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to contribute to the company's growth vision.
