Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and guide the retail team to achieve sales targets and ensure operational excellence.
  
• Monitor and manage operational costs to maintain profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee stock control, analyze sales performance, and make key business decisions to optimize inventory levels.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach and develop staff to ensure high performance and consistent delivery of store goals.
• Ensure compliance with service, safety, and health standards for both employees and customers.
• Respond to customer feedback and complaints with a service-oriented approach.
• Conduct regular sales and performance meetings to evaluate results and plan improvements.
• Stay informed of emerging retail and FMCG market trends to implement new initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Requirements:

• A Degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years experience in the FMCG or retail sector.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance improvement and customer service excellence.
