Referral Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to individuals who refer candidates for open positions listed by Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd. Employees of Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members are not eligible for referral rewards.
2. Referral Process: A valid referral occurs when a referrer submits a candidate's details for a specific job opening via our official referral channels. The candidate must acknowledge the referral upon applying.
3. Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful if the referred candidate is placed in a role through Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd and completes the required probationary period. The referrer will be eligible for a reward only after the referred candidate’s successful placement and after payment is received from the client.
4. Referral Reward: The reward amount and payment terms will be communicated to the referrer upon the successful placement of the referred candidate. Rewards will be processed once Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd receives payment from the client.
5. Multiple Referrals: If multiple referrers submit the same candidate, only the first submission will be considered eligible for the referral reward.
6. Payment of Reward: The referral reward will be paid within 30 days of receiving payment from the client. Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is not liable for any delays caused by the client.
7. Program Changes: Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
8. Disqualification: Any fraudulent or inappropriate referrals will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
