Job Description:

• Oversee plant facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and maintenance to ensure reliable manufacturing operations.
• Manage utility systems, including electrical supply, compressed air, water, cooling, and air-conditioning.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Manage contractors, service providers, maintenance projects, and service costs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Monitor budgets, utility consumption, and maintenance expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and maintenance performance through KPIs and root cause analysis.
• Lead and develop plant services and maintenance teams while coordinating with cross-functional departments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably with 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of plant utilities, facilities management, and preventive maintenance.
