6806 - Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely material supply to production lines to support manufacturing schedules.
• Develop and implement warehouse strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure cycle counts and annual stock takes are conducted accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS systems and ensure proper stock movement transactions.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service departments.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and material flow to maximize operational efficiency.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including coordination with freight forwarders and transportation providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, ESD requirements, and health & safety regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and team members.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, picking accuracy, productivity, and space utilization.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and present warehouse performance to management.
