Job Description
- Identify and approach potential customers through outdoor sales activities, including door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct on-site consultations to understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and take measurements.
- Promote and sell curtains, blinds, and related home décor products to residential and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the showroom, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
- Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to sales, such as maintaining records, tracking orders, and updating reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of outdoor sales experience/Fresh
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Possess own transport (car or motorcycle) for customer visits.
- Willing to travel within assigned areas(Mainly to Singapore - 2-3 days a week)
- Comfortable working independently and meeting customers at their locations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and sales reporting tools.
