They are seeking a Manufacturing Project Management (MPM) Supervisor to lead the manufacturing team, oversee capacity planning, manage customer interactions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the factory.
• Lead the manufacturing team in managing RFQs, MOH, capacity planning, and quality reviews.
• Ensure the manufacturing team consistently meets or exceeds customer requirements.
• Drive internal initiatives for improvement within the manufacturing team.
• Coordinate and manage customer audits in partnership with the manufacturing team.
• Effectively and efficiently resolve customer complaints.
• Attend customer meetings to review capacity, address quality concerns, and discuss other operational matters.

Job Requirements:

Educational Requirements

• Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma holders with at least 5 years of experience will also be considered.
