Job Title: Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor SHE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate and conduct safety training programs for employees, including emergency response and safety drills.
- Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution control, and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with management and department heads to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a SHE role, ideally within the manufacturing or chemical industries.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards, such as OSHA and ISO 14001.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and implement practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
