Responsibilities

    • Grow the company's sales revenues by identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze potential markets and segments for growth opportunities.
    • Engage in active participation in management meetings to discuss business strategy, and implement and put into action effective strategies.
    • Create and manage proposals for new projects or partnership. Collaborate with engineering and operations team to ensure feasibility.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads. Leverage industry contacts and networks to identify opportunities.
    • Lead negotiations for new contacts, ensuring fair terms for the company. Review and manage contract compliance and performance.
    • Develop and enhance the company brand presence in the assigned industry/region. Create marketing materials and content that resonate with target audience.
    • Assess risks associated with new projects or clients. Develop strategies to mitigate potential business risks.
    • Establish a commercial structure that supports the business direction and management vision.
    • Ascertain that the entire supply chain pipeline contributing to the customer's order is stable and secure.
    • Serve as the point of contact for customers.
    • Provide training to sales and marketing team on new services and market trends. Share insight and best practices across organization.


Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent is required.
    • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, candidates with prior experience as a Sales manager or similar role will be given priority.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, pro-active and able to think out-of-the-box.
    • Both technical/manufacturing & commercial experience is preferable.
    • Possess strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Possess excellent co-ordination skills to accomplish a task assignment.
    • Good presentation skill & have strong initiative to grow the business.
    • Proactive and always be open minded to accept new challenge.
    • Frequent travel/attending off site event is needed.
