Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and the factory, ensuring effective communication of customer requirements across departments.
  • Develop and maintain Customer Account Development Plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Review and address Customer Satisfaction Survey results.
  • Host customer visits, prepare presentations, and travel as necessary to meet with clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, price feedback, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the materials sourcing team to resolve sourcing issues.
  • Oversee new product introductions (NPIs) and ensure project milestones are met, providing reports to customers and management.
  • Prepare business forecasts.
  • Work with materials sourcing managers to implement effective customer cost reduction programs.
  • Facilitate customer interactions with other departments as needed.
  • Conduct internal customer business reviews effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels, including senior management, customers, suppliers, and factory personnel.
  • Strong project management, business analysis, and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Preferably possess a Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in contract manufacturing within the electronics and/or plastic injection moulding industry.
