Job Description
  • Prepare and conduct business process analysis for customer companies.
  • Document business requirements, gatherings, issues, and updated business process flows.
  • Provide mapping of requirements with software solutions and recommend software developments and implementations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on workflow processes, designing, programming, and testing.
  • Perform system testing on customization developed by the technical team against documented customer requests.
  • Research and test new systems, newer versions, and additional functionalities.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct system training for customers.
  • Provide support to existing customers via phone, email, fax, and remote desktop.
  • Provide parallel and live run project support.
  • Support clients and end-users on-site with system installation and configuration.
  • Analyze the performance of programs and take corrective action based on user feedback and supervisor approval.
  • Document results from software research tools and applications.
  • Prepare project finalization documentation.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding processed, stored, or accessed information.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in meeting project timelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role, preferably in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Hands-on experience in business process analysis, system implementation, and customization testing.
  • Strong experience in project lifecycle management, from requirements gathering to post-live support.
  • Proficient in analyzing, documenting, and mapping business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective training, documentation, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and issue resolution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Technical proficiency in system installation, configuration, and research on new software functionalities.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency to achieve project timelines.
  • Detail-oriented and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
