Job Description 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for both
    white- and blue-collar employees.
  • Develop job descriptions and work with hiring managers to ensure role alignment.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including overtime and deductions.
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, leaves, and statutory contributions.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Timely submission of statutory contributions.

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in relevant field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
  • Strong working knowledge of Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax Act, PDPA and
    prevailing HR practices and other relevant statutory acts.
  • Able to multitasks, meticulous with an eye for details, resourceful and proactive with high
    sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
