Job Description 

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory. management, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires.

Job Requirements 

• Candidate must possess a certificate or diploma in supply chain management, business
  administration or a related field.
• Proven 3 to 5 years experience in a warehouse operations or inventory management role,
  preferably in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, handling standards, and warehouse management
  systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written communication.
