Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize fixtures for assembly, pressing, welding, and machining processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers for tool fabrication and negotiate prices.
• Improve existing jigs, fixtures, and tools.
• Provide technical support to production operations and conduct field investigations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in jig and fixture design, preferably in metal stamping and fabrication.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
