Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote baby care products internationally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking new opportunities with international brands in the baby product market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets. Provide insights to shape product development and sales strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing of company products through digital channels, traditional media, and at industry trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by identifying potential markets and creating tailored sales pitches for different customers.
  • Work closely with the R&D, production, and product development teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
  • Manage sales and marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign results, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry. Experience with baby care products is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze market trends and sales performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
