Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage the companys financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Provide insightful financial analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee cash flow and manage the company's liquidity to ensure the business can meet its operational and financial obligations.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability. Conduct financial audits and control internal costs.
- Ensure adherence to all financial and accounting regulations, including compliance with tax laws, reporting requirements, and international financial standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor finance team members. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Identify potential financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize the impact on the business.
- Evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification like CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
