About the job 6467 -Safety Executive
· Perform duties in line with OSHA 1994, ensuring full compliance with safety and health regulations across all operations.
· Lead the organization of annual health and safety events, including OSH Day, Fire Safety Day, and emergency drills such as Chemical Spill Response, Gas Leak Containment, and Pandemic Response protocols.
· Participate as an audited in various safety and quality audits, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949, ensuring operational compliance and continuous improvement.
· Engage in project committees for special assignments, including facility extensions, main canteen improvements, and enhancements in pedestrian/forklift isolation for workplace safety.
· Represent Safety and Health initiatives in CSR programs, promoting best practices within ASEAN and global site locations.
· Develop, implement, and review safety policies and procedures to enhance the organization's overall safety culture.
· Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure that all employees are aware of safety standards, emergency response protocols, and hazard prevention measures.
· Compile and report safety performance data, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment.
· Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
