Job Description

• Establish, coordinate, and monitor project plans to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
• Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks, opportunities, and solutions.
• Monitor progress, analyze results, and adjust plans as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create and present progress and performance reports to management.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.

Job Requirements 

• Candidate must possess a diploma or bachelors degree in supply chain management,
  business administration or a related field.
• Preferably 3 years or above experience in a planning role (production & material planning).
• Previous experience in a planning or similar role within the electronics manufacturing services
  (EMS) industry is highly preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, both internally with departments and externally
  with customers.
• Attentive to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Strong logical reasoning skills and sensitivity to data and metrics.
• Basic understanding of production processes.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-
  paced environment.
