About the job 6438 - Application Engineer (CAD)
Job Scope:
1. Provide technical support to customers utilizing SOLIDWORKS, addressing software issues and resolving technical queries efficiently.
2. Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept projects.
3. Assist customers in post-sales activities by implementing and integrating SOLIDWORKS software into their existing workflows, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal efficiency.
4. Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency with SOLIDWORKS software, covering best practices and advanced features.
5. Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and support reports, to assist customers and internal teams.
6. Engage with clients to understand their business needs, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide tailored solutions using SOLIDWORKS and related services.
7. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products, incorporating them into our solutions and services.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows related to SOLIDWORKS implementation and support.
10. Other adhoc assignment that assign by the Company.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
