The Test Equipment Engineering Manager will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of test equipment used in product validation and quality assurance.     • Manage and mentor a team of test equipment engineers.
    • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of existing test equipment.
    • Ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and meets required standards.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
    • Evaluate and optimize testing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement improvements to enhance testing throughput and reduce cycle times.
    • Ensure documentation for test procedures and equipment is up-to-date.
    • Work closely with product development, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to align testing strategies with product goals.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on testing capabilities and requirements.
    • Manage projects related to test equipment upgrades and process improvements.
    • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for projects.
    • Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
    • Ensure all testing processes and equipment comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
    • Implement quality control measures to guarantee the reliability of test results.
    • Provide technical support for test equipment issues and failures.
    • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure high uptime and reliability of testing equipment.

    Requirement:

    • Above 7 years related experience in Equipment and Test Engineering with at least 3 years in a management role.
    • Good communication skill
