Job Description:

• Lead and oversee global IT infrastructure operations and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Manage data centers, servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery across sites.
• Supervise global IT helpdesk teams and ensure consistent service and SLA compliance.
• Handle Office 365 administration.
• Develop and enforce IT standards, procedures, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Support ERP infrastructure in coordination with the ERP IT Manager.
• Manage vendors, evaluate new technologies, and oversee infrastructure budgets.
• Track KPIs and report system performance to senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor IT teams across global locations.



Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure/operations with 5+ years in leadership.
  
• Experience with Azure, Meraki networking, and enterprise data centers.
  
• Strong ITIL, monitoring, and helpdesk management knowledge; ERP support experience.
• Occasionally lift IT equipment.
