Job Descriotions:
- Process Definition and Governance: Formally define the scope and objectives of a specific process, document its steps, and manage changes or improvements by anyone interacting with it.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure the process is aligned with the organization's broader strategic goals and contributes to business value.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Stakeholder Co-ordination: Work with other process owners, subject matter experts, Global Team, and internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity.
- Process Mapping & Validation: Own the effort to map out current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes.
- Support Change Management: Assist and/or drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition to new processes.Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders and provide necessary training.
- Decision-Making Authority: Act as the primary decision-maker for process-related changes within the ERP environment. Collaborates with functional consultants to ensure business needs are met.
- Testing & Validation: Oversee the testing and validation of new processes and system configurations. Ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested before implementation
- Post Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business processes post-implementation. Monitor process performance and make adjustments as needed
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all business processes. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize business intelligence tools to gather and analyze process performance data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma
- 3 or more years of experience in business process management, with at 2 years or more in a similar role within an ERP environment preferred
- D365FO
- Relevant Microsoft ERP certifications are a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate high self-motivation.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service orientation.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills are essential for coordinating teams and stakeholders.
- Objectivity and flexibility are also key qualities for a process owner.
- Proactive approach with a strong drive for achieving performance goals.
- Adaptable and a strong commitment to keeping systems operational.
- Proficiency in English, including speaking, writing, understanding, and reading.
