Job Descriptions:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation and disciplinary matters.
  • Handle payroll processing including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and monthly payroll reporting.
  • Apply, renew, transfer and terminate Employment Pass (EP), Professional Visit Pass (PVP), Work Permit (WP) and Special Pass.
  • Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, warning letters, counselling records and employment-related letters.
  • Maintain employee records including attendance, leave, training, medical and work pass expiry tracking.
  • Administer employee benefits including insurance, allowances, uniforms and welfare programs.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour law and immigration regulations.

ADMIN

  • Manage company insurance, licenses, agreements and service contracts.
  • Coordinate company vehicle maintenance, VEP, Autopass, Touch 'n Go and transportation arrangements.
  • Monitor office, hostel and pantry supplies.
  • Handle monthly utility and service invoices.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repair and IT-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and administration functions.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HR documentation.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour law and immigration matters (EP, PVP, WP, Special Pass) is an advantage.
  • Experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
