Job Description:
- Support RFQ activities and new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Planning, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams for new product setup.
- Create and maintain new part numbers, BOMs, routings, work centers, and manufacturing process flows.
- Ensure smooth transition of awarded RFQs into production.
- Set up and maintain manufacturing data in ERP systems (NetSuite), including assembly items, inventory items, BOMs, routing, and capacity planning.
- Prepare, upload, and maintain manufacturing documentation such as drawings, specifications, work instructions, and supporting documents.
- Manage document revisions and release status accurately.
- Support implementation and monitoring of new products during initial production stages. Coordinate with Production and QA to ensure product quality and process consistency.
- Collect, organize, and monitor manufacturing and process-related data. Identify and escalate manufacturing or process issues for resolution.
- Support troubleshooting related to work orders, material setup, routing setup, and ERP transactions.
- Coordinate production readiness activities and follow up with departments on pending requirements.
- Assist in process improvement, workflow standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and improve SOPs, setup manuals, and work instructions.
- Support stabilization and improvement of legacy products and manufacturing processes.
- Work in both office and manufacturing environments, including regular shopfloor follow-up activities.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production support.

Knowledge of BOM, routing, manufacturing processes, and engineering drawings.

Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, MRP, etc.) is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Able to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
