Basic Qualifications / Experience
• 10+ years in project management in IT/business initiatives
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis in IT/business initiatives
• 10+ years in IT/business consulting – knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
• Understanding of IT network operations and ITSM
• Understanding of ITIL principles and practices
• Strong business acumen, with understanding of organisational / business strategy and values and how that drives IT
• Experience in developing consultative relationships with senior level stakeholders (internal / external / client)
• Excellent communication and client influencing skills, at all levels of management and personnel
• Strong proficiency in English, spoken and written
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills to senior management and C-level executives
• Team leading
• Ability to think big picture yet also have attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple consulting programs, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
• Experience working on the design, development and deployment of enterprise-supporting systems at scale
• Experience in building, implementing, and managing IT Operations
• Managed and delivered IT engagements for large, Enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Enterprise IT infrastructure and products
• Degree in a related Business, or Technology discipline
• Possess PM certification
• Possess BA certification
• Understand business and organisational change management
• Understand Enterprise IT Management frameworks (e.g., SAFe ®, ITIL ® Sigma, Agile/SCRUM processes, etc.)
• Flexible and adaptable; ability to turn ambiguous situations into defined and agreed paths forward
• Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the IT industry
