Job Scope & Responsibilities
Primary person to drive account growth in assigned client base and industry segment.
Monitor, plan and fulfil sales pipelines through close customer engagements.
Prepare reports on account and sales status.
Monitor and improve account cashflow and margin across time.
Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships.
Developing new business through pre-existing clients or new clients.
Understanding customers specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.
Ensuring quality of service by understanding client's need so as to customize and propose an IT service catering to their needs.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years sales manager experience.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple portfolio.
Strong verbal and written communications in English as a primary language.
Good presentation skills and confident to present in front of a meeting audience.
Self-driven, motivated, and proactive.
Positive and able to handle instructions with ambiguity.
Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Business, Information System, Engineering or equivalent.
Familiar with cutting edge technology.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
