Service Request Management Agents

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum - Diploma in IT / Computer Engineering

2. Minimum - up to 1-year experience in a helpdesk environment. (No experience but willing to learn may choose to apply)

3. Be able to keep up & perform in a fast paced environment.

4. Experience on M365 are desired but not required.

5. Fast & accurate data entry skills.
