Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business operation, System Upgrading.
Provide technical support to existing and new customers.
Responsible for preparation, creation, and test execution for any project testing phase.
Responsible for as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
Experience required:
1.Minimum a Diploma Holder in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
2.Minimum 2 years of related experience.
3.Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and software testing tasks including test planning, test case creation, and test reporting.
4.Able to work independently, resourceful, and have the right attitude.
5.Team player with good communication skills.
6.Able to occasionally work overtime during the night as system maintenance will usually be done at night.
7.Programming background using C/C++, Linux, and Java.
8.Know well about Shell, PL/SQL, Python, and HTML.
9.Candidates with knowledge of OSS/BSS knowledge are welcome.
10.Ability to converse, read and write in Mandarin as this role needs to liaise closely with the HQ R&D department in China.
