Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Subject to the assignment complexity, you may be leading an Job assignment with other engineers as
a team / assigned to follow a Technical lead.
You will be performing the following duties, subject to different assignments, especially on Technology
listed in later session:
o Supporting: Resolve complex customer problems across a broad range of technologies,
including working closely with the 3rd parties in a timely and speedy manner
o Consulting: Provide recommendation based on Cisco best practices, to ensure smooth
operation. Recommendation covers operation, configuration, software version bug scrubbing,
and product (hardware/software) lifecycle management. You would get support from extended
team from backend if needed.
o Deployment: Lead / deliver Cisco project planning, design and implementation for green field, or
migration from existing infrastructures. We deploy the most state-of-the-art technology in
facilitate our customer good business outcomes.
All your work needs to be carried out in IT industry profession manner, compliant with local laws and
align with Cisco standards, including security and preventative measures.
Your delivery will be in accordance with Cisco and customers agreed plans, change management
processes, migration processes and work practices. A holistic view, and thorough understanding of
Customer current and future network is basics.
At all-time ensure compliance to Cisco operation process and standard: timecard, progress/status
update, proper communications and work ethics integrity, trust, respect, inclusion and diversity.
Your work location could be Cisco or Ciscos customer premises.
You may be required to work in flexible schedule, occasional domestic and international travel as
business required.
Requirements:
You have Bachler degree or equivalent plus 3-5 years relevant network and operation experience
You are analytical and experienced in identifying and resolving the customer most complex issues.
You have experience and consultancy skills in managing customer directly
You have in-depth knowledge of planning, designing and implementing
CCIE and other Networking professional qualifications
Proactive in communications and driving Customer & Cisco success as the first priority. You can
communicate efficiently verbally, in presentation, written and reporting through clear and concise
documentation
Self-motivated, and able to prioritize and manage tasks under high time pressure situation.
You speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
