About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Personal Brand Strategist to join our Dubai office. This role will be responsible for maintaining and elevating the personal brand of our founder/leadership, ensuring it is consistently impactful across all verticals: automotive, car rental, real estate, and tech.

The strategist will oversee the personal brand's digital presence, develop a strong storytelling framework, and ensure content aligns with both business goals and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a proven track record in personal branding, social media strategy, and multi-vertical content positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Positioning & Strategy

    • Define, refine, and upscale the personal brand strategy across all verticals.
    • Ensure consistent tone, voice, and brand presence across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
    • Build a clear positioning framework that connects personal brand values to business goals.

Content Development & Management

    • Create and manage content calendars for short-form, long-form, and thought-leadership pieces.
    • Craft engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences in automotive, real estate, tech, and mobility.
    • Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality multimedia content.

Social Media Growth & Engagement

    • Drive audience growth, engagement, and influence across digital platforms.
    • Monitor analytics and optimize performance of personal brand content.
    • Identify emerging trends and leverage them to maintain relevance and authority.

Collaboration & Leadership

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design) to align personal brand strategy with organizational campaigns.
    • Act as a consultant to senior leadership on personal brand visibility opportunities (events, podcasts, speaking engagements).
    • Manage agency or freelancer collaborations when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2 - 3 years) in content strategy, personal branding, or digital marketing, preferably across multiple industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience psychology, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling personal brands (CEO, influencers, thought leaders).
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-vertical environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
