Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in African, GCC, and international markets.

  • Generate leads, follow up with potential buyers, and convert them into sales.

  • Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and weekly sales reports.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, brokers, and international buyers.

  • Conduct client meetings (virtual or onsite) and provide timely product updates.

  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups.

Export Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, yard operations, and documentation teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

  • Ensure all export documents are accurate and complete.

  • Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on global demand, pricing trends, competitor activities, and vehicle availability in UAE.

  • Provide recommendations to the sales manager on pricing, stock mix, and market potential.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in car exports.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and additional language French, Swahili.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of export processes, shipping procedures, and international trade documents.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced trading environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
