About the job Sales Executive - Car Exports (Arabic Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in African, GCC, and international markets.

Generate leads, follow up with potential buyers, and convert them into sales.

Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and weekly sales reports.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, brokers, and international buyers.

Conduct client meetings (virtual or onsite) and provide timely product updates.

Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups.
Export Operations Coordination

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, yard operations, and documentation teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

Ensure all export documents are accurate and complete.

Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.
Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on global demand, pricing trends, competitor activities, and vehicle availability in UAE.

Provide recommendations to the sales manager on pricing, stock mix, and market potential.
Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in car exports.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and additional language French, Swahili.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of export processes, shipping procedures, and international trade documents.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced trading environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
