Renovation Project Manager

Summary

Milele is seeking a Renovation Project Manager to oversee residential property upgrades, including villas, townhouses, and apartments. The role requires someone with proven experience in managing renovation and fit-out projects in the UAE/GCC, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery to maximize resale value.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage renovation projects from start to finish.
• Assess property condition and prepare renovation scope, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Supervise contractors and suppliers on-site to ensure quality and progress.
• Track budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Report progress, costs, and risks to management regularly.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of direct experience in residential renovation/fit-out projects (villas, townhouses, or flats).
• Strong project management and site supervision skills.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority approvals, and local suppliers/contractors.
• Ability to deliver cost-effective, resale-ready renovations.

• % of projects delivered on time and within budget.
• ROI improvement on renovated properties.
• Quality of renovation works as per Milele standards.
