About the job Social Media Assistant
Key Responsibilities: Content Upload & Scheduling:
- Upload content on all social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Twitter (X) and LinkedIn.
- Ensure timely posting aligned with the content calendar for Milele Corp, Milele Car Rental, CEOs personal account and Milele Properties. Community Management:
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions on all platforms.
- Engage with the community to build meaningful relationships and enhance brand presence. Platform Management:
- Handle the day-to-day operations for all social media accounts across the listed ventures.
- Ensure consistent branding and voice across platforms. Reporting:
- Provide detailed monthly reports for each platform, covering metrics such as engagement, follower growth, reach and content performance. Research Assistance:
- Assist the manager with research on trends, competitors and new strategies to improve social media performance.
Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends and best practices.
Requirement:
1- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relative field
2- Fresh to 1 year of experience
3- Excellent communication skills
4- Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g: Google analytics & web trends)
