About the job Marketing Executive
Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analysing consumer behaviour and leads data, and optimizing campaign performance to drive growth for all Milele Verticals. This role focuses on maximizing brand visibility, generating quality leads, and ensuring cohesive digital strategies across all channels.
Duties and Responsibilities (Generic) of the position
Develop Marketing Campaigns
- Create, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand recognition.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging, brand-aligned content for digital ads, including ad copy, visuals, and interactive elements.
- Ensure content is optimized for conversion and resonates with target audience.
SEO and SEM Strategies
- Assist with the implementation of SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with the SEO team to integrate paid and organic strategies for a cohesive online presence.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Use research insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign targeting.
Data Analytics
- Analyse leads data, consumer behavior, and campaign performance metrics to gain insights that improve targeting and lead quality.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance future campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven findings.
Campaign Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-click, to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with Sales Team
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing campaigns align with business objectives and effectively drive lead conversion.
- Gather feedback from sales to refine marketing strategies and improve lead quality.
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns to engage and nurture potential customers.
- Analyse email campaign performance to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.
Advertising
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize targeting, bidding, and creatives for maximum reach and engagement.
Trend Monitoring and Continuous Learning
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies to keep Milele Car Rental competitive.
- Test new advertising channels and tactics to reach broader audiences and enhance campaign performance.
Customer Insight and Targeting
- Leverage customer insights to refine segmentation and targeting, improving the effectiveness of campaigns for different customer groups.
Skills required at fulfill the position
- Digital Advertising Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads for campaign management and optimization.
- Data Analytics Strong skills in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Excel for data interpretation and reporting.
- SEO & SEM Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM, with experience using tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
- Content Collaboration Ability to work with content and design teams to create effective ad creatives.
- Email Marketing Experience with platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot for campaign setup and analysis.
Position Qualifications (Academic & Professional)
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
