Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR practices and will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes.
    • Support managers in performance-related discussions and coaching.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare reports and metrics related to HR activities.

Skills required at fulfill the position

  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
