Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly gross profit targets.
· Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
· Luxury Sales Expertise: Conduct consultations and tailor sales presentations to affluent clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of luxury vehicles.
· Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to payment collection, ensuring seamless transactions.
· Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and high referral rates.
· CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage leads, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups
· Market Insight: Stay Up-to-date with automotive trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
· Negotiation & Closing: Leverage advanced negotiation techniques to close high-value sales.
· Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience in High Ticket Sales: Minimum 5 years of experience in selling luxury items (vehicles, yachts, real estate, etc.) to high-net-worth individuals.
· Proven Success: Ability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets of AED 200,000 in gross profit.
· Order to Cash Process Knowledge: Experience with the full sales cycle including RFP, quotations, invoicing, and payment collection.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and presentation.
· CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage client relationships.
· Luxury Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury automotive market, including customer preferences and market trends.
· Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with familiarity in financing and leasing.
· Discretion: High level of integrity and confidentiality when working with highprofile clients.
· Multilingual: Proficiency in languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian is a plus.
