Position Overview

Milele Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager Real Estate Brokerage to lead and scale its residential and commercial brokerage division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep market expertise, exceptional developer relationships, and a track record of building high-performance sales teams. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's market presence, sales performance, agent development, and long-term growth in Dubai's competitive real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Develop and execute the overall brokerage strategy aligned with the company's short- and long-term objectives.
  • Drive business expansion into emerging areas, including new developer partnerships, international investor segments, and B2B channels.
  • Regularly assess market dynamics, legal frameworks, and investment trends to adjust strategy proactively.

2. Sales Team Development & Performance Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain a team of qualified and motivated property consultants and sales agents.
  • Establish a structured performance management framework, including KPIs, sales targets, and regular performance reviews.
  • Create a competitive and empowering culture through ongoing training, mentorship programs, and clear career progression paths.

3. Developer & Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build and nurture strong commercial relationships with key Dubai developers such as Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel, Dubai Properties, and others.
  • Secure agency agreements, exclusive launches, and preferential commission structures to enhance profitability and first-mover advantage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-level developer negotiations, partnership agreements, and conflict resolution.

4. Revenue Generation & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth through diversified property portfolios, cross-selling, and innovative service offerings (property management, relocation, investment advisory).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to convert digital leads, implement CRM best practices, and maximize ROI on campaigns.
  • Expand company visibility by attending international property expos, investor roadshows, and real estate forums.

5. Operational Management & Compliance

  • Oversee all daily operations of the brokerage division including property listings, client servicing, transaction management, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, and corporate governance standards in all processes and documentation.
  • Implement robust systems and SOPs for lead tracking, agent commission processing, listings control, and client database management.

6. Financial Oversight

  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor monthly P&L performance of the brokerage division.
  • Optimize cost structures while ensuring quality lead generation, training investment, and competitive commission structures.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports to the Board with insights and recommendations.

7. Technology Integration & Digital Transformation

  • Champion adoption of digital tools, including CRM systems (e.g., Property Finder Manager, Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Oversee digital onboarding of new agents and ensure full usage of listing platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Leverage automation for agent reporting, client follow-ups, document generation, and campaign tracking.

8. Brand Building & Market Positioning

  • Act as the brand ambassador of Milele Properties across all stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen social media presence, customer testimonials, referral programs, and SEO strategies.
  • Position Milele as a thought leader in real estate advisory through content, workshops, and strategic alliances.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of real estate experience in Dubai, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership/GM role.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai's residential and commercial property markets, including off-plan and secondary sales.
  • Established relationships with major developers and regulatory authorities.
  • Certified RERA Broker Card holder.
