Role Overview: 

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives for Milele Corp. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven marketer who can manage the entire marketing lifecycle from research and content creation to branding, paid advertising, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Milele Corps vehicle exports in targeted international markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Create compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Stay updated on global automotive market trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in automotive, export, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing, including research, branding, content creation, paid ads, and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
