Overview

The Customer Service Manager is the highest level position within the Customer Service Department, and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted

Able to stand and kneel for extended periods of time

Able to work with computers and phone for extended periods of time

Able to work various shifts based on changing business needs

Business Attire as defined by the Company Handbook

Duties

Oversees the Management of Customer Service Supplies

Manages the Delivery and Dispatch Process

Oversees and reacts to CS Reports

Manages Team Performance including but not limited to Monitoring,

Documenting, Holding Accountability, and Performance Reviews.

Oversees Tool Repair/Sharpening Procedure

Manages Operational Procedures

Ensures CS areas are Neat, Clean and Organized
