Position Description - Customer Service LVL 1



Overview:

Customer Service LVL 1 is an entry level position within the Customer Service Department. This position assists the Customer Service Supervisor and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager

Necessary Skills:

Good Customer Service and People Skills

Good Hardware Retail and Cashier Knowledge

Excellent Phone and Computer Skills

Good Mathematical, Data Entry and Organizational Skills

Requirements:

Able to lift 50lbs unassisted

Able to stand and kneel for extended periods of time

Able to work with computers and phone for extended periods of time

Able to work various shifts based on changing business needs

Customer Service Attire - Counter as defined by the Company Handbook

Responsibilities:

Support the objectives of the Customer Service Department

Friendly, Positive, Professional Interaction with Customers and Staff

Clean Uniform and Well-Groomed Appearance

Strive to be a Resource for Customers

Duties:

Perform Counter Sales Transactions

Serve Call-in Customers

Assists Customers with Returns

Maintain Neat, Clean and Organized Counter

Pull Next Day Delivery Items

Assists with Daily, Weekly , and Monthly Store Cleaning Schedule
