Key Accountabilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and screen callers for eligibility.
  • Complete the correct assessment for the callers who wish to enroll.
  • Help with plan selection as needed
  • Help set tasks for Agent callbacks if needed.
  • Maintain accurate client information in the American Exchange CRM system.
  • Assist current clients with services such as updating their income, demographic info, checking status of their insurance policy, getting ID card if able, etc.
  • Process enrollments and generate quotes for clients as needed
  • Assist in projects as needed, such as payments, commission tracking, Marketplace checks, or carrier checks

Compensation

  • $40000/year salaried position, non-commissionable (straight salary, not dependent on sales for commissions)
