With
over 20 years of experience in managing customer services across
inbound and outbound segments, specifically in the Telecom and
international sectors, I lead a dynamic company focused on providing
innovative Social Media and IT solutions. Our goal is to help businesses
thrive in the digital era by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and
tailored strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Answer inbound calls and screen callers for eligibility.
- Complete the correct assessment for the callers who wish to enroll.
- Help with plan selection as needed
- Help set tasks for Agent callbacks if needed.
- Maintain accurate client information in the American Exchange CRM system.
- Assist current clients with services such as updating their income, demographic info, checking status of their insurance policy, getting ID card if able, etc.
- Process enrollments and generate quotes for clients as needed
- Assist in projects as needed, such as payments, commission tracking, Marketplace checks, or carrier checks

Compensation
- $40000/year salaried position, non-commissionable (straight salary, not dependent on sales for commissions)
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
