Senior Officer Production

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering or Textile Engineering.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in cut-to-pack garment manufacturing operations.
Knowledge Areas: Production planning, Industrial Engineering (IE) techniques, 5S, line balancing, productivity improvement and garment manufacturing processes.


Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily workflow across Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Packing and execute the daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet shipment timelines.

- Ensure a steady flow of materials with inventory accuracy and reconciliation to prevent production delays.

- Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify, track and Implement strategies to minimize rejection rates and wastages.

- Understands Lean manufacturing principles and take initiatives to optimize floor layout and operator efficiency.

- Identify training and development needs of supervisors and operators to improve performance and skill levels.

- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and promote a safe working environment.

- Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with established production standards and procedures.
